We implemented Dwellant around two years ago, and by having this system in place, I have noticed that our processes are more streamlined. The compliance and H&S module recently introduced has been crucial in helping us keep track of everything across our whole portfolio. Dwellant best system I’ve used! As a property manager myself, I’ve used a few different systems over the years, but Dwellant by far is the best. Approving invoices is so much quicker and simpler; we don’t have contractors waiting too long for payments anymore. The speed and ease with which you can carry out tasks such as work orders is such a relief, as other systems were making my life as a PM very hard.

Using Dwellant as a contractor, I have used Dwellant as a contractor for what must be 15 years or more. During that time, we have seen our client base on Dwellant expand considerably. Having the majority of our clients on one platform makes life so much easier for our team. I love the way that the platform allows everything to be seen and dealt with in one place; we can view and comment on quotes and work orders and upload documents and invoices.
